These Terms of Service govern your use of Peeping-Tom, a mobile application provided by Puador LLC ("Puador," "we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use Peeping-Tom for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding privacy and consent when recording.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pro features are offered via subscription or lifetime purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the stores under their terms.

3. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will detect every wake event or capture every moment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Puador LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
