Puador LLC ("Puador," "we," "us") provides the Peeping-Tom mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the app.

1. Data We Collect

Peeping-Tom is designed to be local-first. The app captures photos or videos when a wake event occurs. These captures are stored on your device by default. We do not require account creation.

• Captured media stored locally on your device.
• Optional exported media saved to your Photos library.
• Device permissions you grant (camera, microphone, photos).
• Store purchase metadata handled by Apple or Google.

2. How We Use Information

We use on-device data solely to provide the app's features. We do not sell personal data. We do not run behavioral advertising inside the app.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment credentials. For billing details, see Apple's or Google's privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your captures or vault data with third parties. Your data may be shared if you explicitly export or share it using system features.

5. Data Retention

Captures are retained on your device until you delete them. You control deletion through the app or your device settings.

6. Security

We support passcode and biometric protection for the vault. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect on-device data.

7. Children's Privacy

Peeping-Tom is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
